While Scholl’s Wellness Company appreciates that consumers may want to share their ideas related to foot care products, Scholl’s Wellness Company does not accept any unsolicited ideas, works, proposals, comments, suggestions, drawings, models, materials and/or descriptions of ideas related to manufacturing and/or marketing of products or services.
If you choose to submit an unsolicited idea or other information to us, then by making the submission, you agree that the following terms apply, regardless of any contrary statements accompanying your submission.

Your submission and its contents, along with related intellectual property rights, if any, will automatically become the property of Scholl’s Wellness Company, without any compensation of any kind owed to you.
Scholl’s Wellness Company may use or redistribute the submission and its contents for any purpose and in any way on an unrestricted basis, including, but not limited to, broadcast, disclosure, posting, publication, reproduction, solicitation and/or transmission
There is no obligation for Scholl’s Wellness Company to acknowledge or review the submission.
Any unsolicited submission to Scholl’s Wellness Company including, but not limited to, prototypes, marketing materials and/or the like will not be returned to the sender.
